And grow in the German market with an audience of 100+ million
When entering a new market, the first step is usually to translate all existing content into the target language.
We’ll help you not just translate, but really adapt your content to the German-speaking market.
Once your existing content is perfectly adapted to your new audience, how about creating fresh content directly in German?
The more high-quality content you have, the more people you’ll reach.
Website texts, blog articles, social media posts for LinkedIn and Facebook, and eBooks.
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly newsletters, email campaigns.
Press releases, articles and pitches for interviews and podcasts for more visibility and credibility.
We all love a good story
To ensure that your content is both authentic and appealing to your German audience, we integrate storytelling techniques.
I know this has become a bit of a buzzword, but storytelling remains THE most effective way to differentiate your content from AI-generated texts and other generic content. Especially if you’re not the only one operating in your niche.
Storytelling fills your content with personality and turns marketing into branding.
This technique creates a sense of closeness by allowing people to identify with you and your brand, and that’s exactly what makes you stand out from the crowd — because your story is as unique as you are.
Just think of successful brands like Apple, Nike, or even McDonald’s. They all have one thing in common: powerful storytelling.
Note also that this doesn’t only refer to your founder story — it’s ongoing, and there’s always something new to share.
Unlike many other language service providers or marketing agencies, we are a team that works closely together — both within the team itself and with our clients.
This means that:
1.
Team members are often invited to participate in relevant client meetings to learn about the brand and the specificities of the project.
2.
Some team members will function as project managers for certain projects, especially with ongoing projects.
3.
We aim for full transparency and effective communication between the team and the client to ensure we nail your content.

Step 4: Review

Step 5: Done!

Track the whole process
At WordPotential we work with our project management tool Asana to ensure smooth and efficient work processes.
We create a personal ‘Project folder’ for each client which you and any of your team members will have access to. This enables both our teams to work together, create new tasks, establish deadlines, upload additional information (e.g., brand books, useful links), exchange feedback and track the work progress, all in real time.
Access your content at all times
Additionally, we store all our work in a dedicated client work folder on Google Drive. You and your team can access, share, or download it at any time on any device.

As one major pillar of your success in the German market, we’ll make sure your German content is perfectly adapted to your new audience, including proven sales psychology techniques, current trends and tendencies. High-quality texts will increase your chances of converting interested visitors into paying clients.
Entering a new market makes sense if you are already well-established in your current market and now wish to replicate and scale this success in a new market. A new market, such as Germany, offers a new, bigger customer base with a huge growth potential on all levels.
Before translating or writing even a single piece of content, you’ll have a chance to meet the team and share your entire brand identity with us. We need to know your origin story, your vision and mission, values, your product and services, your current target audience as well as your goals throughout our collaboration. The more we know about you, the better we can write for you.
You may have experimented with AI-generated marketing content for your current market and are probably quite familiar with its risks and limitations in its current state. Our recommendation as experts is never to solely rely on AI. Always ask a native German speaker for a style review.
A small team offers the best of both worlds: personalised attention like a freelancer and diverse skills and combined strengths like a big agency, ensuring efficiency, quality, and enjoyable collaboration. Plus, we can manage higher volumes of work without compromising quality. At WordPotential, you are not just ‘another client’ driving our revenue but someone close to our hearts, whom we genuinely want to see grow.
It may take some time for the German audience to become familiar with and trust your brand. However, if you’ve conducted sufficient market research and your marketing strategy isn’t entirely off course, success is likely to come, sooner or later. Trust the process!
This depends on many different factors such as niche, product/service, target audience, timing, etc. Based on your marketing strategy, we will do our best to make your entrance into the German market as smooth and successful as possible — with content that sounds like it’s from a native German brand.
At the outset of every collaboration, our team establishes a bespoke collaboration agreement covering all crucial aspects. Additionally, we have NDAs in place for all members of the WP team, guaranteeing that none of your data or content will be shared with third parties without your prior permission.
