Expand your visibility and reach through content that’s worth reading

More traffic. More leads. More conversions.

Why do you need fresh, quality content? To become visible. Your ideal customers need to hear about you and your offer to be able to buy from you.

Speak to your audience

Let them get to know you, the story behind your brand and offer.

  • Why should they trust you?
  • Why should they buy from you specifically?
  • How are you going to solve their problem and enhance their lives?

No matter the channel, your copy should always speak to your audience 100%.

The key elements of copy that converts:

Clear and concise

Your text does not have to be super short, but it shouldn’t be unnecessarily lengthy either. It should be to the point, engaging and easy to understand – forget or explain the technical jargon.

Tailored to your target audience

When reading a product description or newsletter, you want to feel that your needs or problems are understood correctly and that the offering truly suits you.

This depends not only on the content itself but also on the Tone of Voice (ToV), which should be tailored entirely to the target audience. Speak to them in their language.

Relevant and useful

Especially in the world of marketing, it’s important to stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in your niche. By offering fresh, pertinent content that adds value to your audience and showcases your expertise, you establish trust
and distinguish yourself from competitors.

Personal and emotional (Storytelling)

It’s one of the most prominent buzzwords in marketing and copywriting currently – and for good reason. We resonate much more with a personal story than with an emotionless, generic text simply listing product benefits. Allow your audience to
connect with your story or the narrative behind your business and products. Storytelling fosters trust like nothing else.

Action-oriented

Whether the aim of your text is to encourage newsletter sign-ups, webinar registrations, online course enrolments, or product sales, each piece of content should pursue a single goal with a clear Call-to-Action (CTA).

SEO-optimised

If you want your website or blog to rank well on Google, it should be optimised for search engines. This involves using relevant keywords, optimising meta-tags, and creating high-quality content that search engines prioritise.

Consistent with your brand identity

Consistent texts that clearly reflect the brand image and your company values appear professional and strengthen the trust of visitors. Your messaging will probably need to be adapted to your German-speaking audience simply because it’s a different culture with different values and traditions.

Why hire a professional copywriter instead of doing it yourself or asking AI?

The biggest reason for you as a business owner to outsource your copywriting is time.

Writing good content simply takes time  —  even with AI. This time could be better spent on other tasks such as optimising your business processes, gaining new clients or spending quality time with your loved ones.

Words don’t always come easy. Especially if you don’t speak German yourself. But even if you happen to have a native speaker on your team, they might not be good writers. And again, their time is probably better spent elsewhere.

We have years of experience writing marketing copy for various international brands and
are not only good writers who make use of powerful storytelling but also sales psychology techniques to optimise conversion.

We’ll help you stand out

Let’s face it, you’re probably not the only one offering your product/service.

We’ll weave in your story and brand voice in every text we create for you. It’ll sound like you  —  but in German. And that’s something your competitors won’t be able to imitate.

Here’s what to expect during our collaboration:
1

Get in touch

Let’s meet for a personal conversation to discuss your goals with our collaboration. Here you will already receive initial recommendations from us and we get a chance to know each other better.

2

Briefing form

We’ll then send you a detailed briefing form for you to fill out. This will provide us with all the necessary information for creating your copy, including details about you, your brand, your offer and your target audience.

3
Personalised quote

After verbal or written approval following the briefing form / discovery call, you will receive a personalised quote containing all important information about our collaboration (type and scope of text, feedback, deadline, and investment).

4

Text creation and feedback

Based on all the information from you, we create your texts and share them with you in a Google Drive folder for you to access anytime. You’ll have the chance to give us feedback or make suggestions for improvement before we finalise the copy.

5

Typesetting
When the copy is implemented on your website, a blog, a newsletter, an ad, etc., there may be occurrences of so-called typesetting errors, such as incorrect copy- pasting or improper line breaks. To prevent these errors, we offer to double-check your texts after implementation.

Become visible in Germany, Austria and Switzerland…

Why trust us with your copy?

Because our copy sells without trying to sell. There’s nothing worse than reading a text that screams “Buy me”. Good marketing is about establishing a trusted relationship with each and every one of your customers  —  including those to be  —  and offering added value and an effective solution to their problem with every piece of content they read.

To achieve this, we integrate real-life stories from your personal life and business journey, allowing your audience to resonate with you and feel confident that they’re in good hands.

Plus, we’re a team of native German speakers and experienced marketing copywriters, and therefore have a good feel for what works in the German market.

Laura and her team have done a truly fantastic job and helped us prepare ROOQ for international expansion. Coming from Aachen, where ROOQ is headquartered, and having two brothers who are also boxers, Laura had a deep understanding of both the terminology and the message we wanted to convey.

In addition to her excellent professional skills, she has a great sense of humour and endless creative ideas and solutions, which makes her an inspiring fighter to me. 🥊

Laura and her team have been helping us for over a year now and we’re very happy with their friendly and efficient communication, punctual deliveries, and great quality of both German and Spanish translations.

We’ve experienced high demand for translations at peak times, such as before a new product launch, which Laura and her team have managed with ease. We’re very much looking forward to continuing our collaboration with WordPotential in 2024.

Through thorough preparation. Based on your information in our briefing questionnaire and our personal conversations, we get a good sense of you as a person, your company, your language, and of course your target audience. Additionally, you will also have the opportunity to give feedback and make suggestions for improvement.

Yes, we understand that some projects may have tight deadlines. We offer expedited services for urgent copywriting requests, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Simply let us know your specific requirements, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Our copywriting rates vary based on factors such as project complexity, scope, and client-specific needs, ensuring fair pricing tailored to each unique project. After sending us your request (briefing form and/or personal discovery call), we’ll get back to you with a personalised quote.

Unfortunately, good copywriting alone does not guarantee marketing success. Factors such as design, the quality of the product or service, chosen marketing channels, timing, among others, can significantly influence how well your offer resonates with your target audience. Drawing from our experience, we’ve consistently observed improved visibility and reach for every client we’ve worked with.

What distinguishes us from AI is our use of human creativity to intertwine personal anecdotes from your business journey and daily life, positioning you not only as an expert in your niche but also as a relatable individual – someone your target audience can identify with. Essentially, we aim to ensure that you’re not perceived as a generic machine.

Logo LanzAbility
Who is LanzAbility?
Or who is Crazy DAVID? We’re not sure which one is better known. David’s the CEO of LanzAbility, the only holiday provider in Lanzarote that caters for people with disabilities. David initially reached out to WordPotential because he wanted to offer these unique adapted holidays to German holidaymakers. While this is still planned for the future, he became more interested in the power of LinkedIn and how engaging posts can really make a difference.

Service

A perfectly adapted holiday of a lifetime for people with diverse disabilities (wheelchair users, visually impaired, other special needs). This includes not only adapted accommodation and transport, but also unique adapted experiences.

Mission

To make the magical island of Lanzarote accessible to everyone, regardless of their disability, and to help them create unforgettable memories.
Goal
To become visible and increase his reach on social media, especially LinkedIn, to build a strong personal brand that attracts the right people.

How is WordPotential helping LanzAbility?
Over the past 6 months, we’ve helped David with content creation in the form of:
  • Regular social media posts
  • Social media profile makeover
  • Various articles and other content the for LanzAbility website
  • A newsletter collaboration
  • A bespoke collaboration email

Results

David himself says he’s getting a lot more traffic to both his social media profiles and the LanzAbility website.

What’s even better is that he receives frequent enquiries for collaboration from disability organisations and advocates.

This is creating more awareness of LanzAbility and its wonderful mission, which we are sure will soon result in fully booked holiday accommodation in Lanzarote.

Initially, I chose not to promote Laura or WordPotential because she’s sooooooo bloody good at what she does I don’t wanna share her with anyone else. But sharing is caring, and after working together for over 9 months now, I know I can count on her for the long run.

I knew that working with a copywriter would be an ongoing investment, but running two businesses, I also knew I wouldn’t have the time nor the linguistic and creative skills to create proper content for LanzAbility. After 20 minutes of talking to Laura, I knew she was the right fit because she understands my brand SO well.

Everything she writes or “laurifies” is always authentic and on-brand. She asks the right questions to get new input or proactively comes up with her own ideas. I guess she’s a good mix of Made in Germany-quality and Canary Islands easy-goingness. Laura, you are not just a team member, you are a key part of the success of my business.

Logo Eversports
Who is Eversports?

Back in 2013, booking and paying for sports activities online was quite a challenge, with the necessary information often scattered across various websites. That’s when Vienna-based Eversports decided to create one central platform to connect activity enthusiasts with studios, sports centres, teachers, and trainers.

Currently, Eversports are established in 8 countries and offer their services in the B2B sector. Now they’re expanding into the German-speaking B2C sector with the aim of making sports activities more easily accessible to people like you and me.

Service

A modern software tool for businesses to automate administration, increase retention, boost acquisition, and help them grow. Additionally, the Eversports marketplace connects consumers with studios and sports providers.

Mission

Eversports contribute to a healthier and more active society by empowering everyone to improve their lives through sports, fitness and mindful movement. They aim to get people going and keep them moving.

Goal

To expand from B2B to B2C within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
Frau macht Sport mit Dehnungsbändern

How is WordPotential helping Eversports?
Eversports’ most powerful marketing channel is blog articles. People are looking to relieve physical pain or try out a new sport will typically open up Google and ask questions such as:
  • “Is yoga really effective for lower back pain?”
  • “Should I keep on training or rest when I have sore muscles?”
  • “Where do I find a squash court in my area?”
These are the types of questions Eversports wants to help people with. Through easy-to-read, fun and informative blog articles, they aim to provide answers to all things sports and encourage their readers to get moving.
To ensure that Eversports’ blog articles appear at the top of the search engine results pages (SERPs), each article must be SEO optimised. This allows the search engines to easily find and display articles that are relevant to the reader’s Google search query. How? Among other things:
  • Reader-friendly article structure
  • Relevant keywords and links,
  • Engaging ToV and a little tongue-in-cheek?

Results

It’s a bit early to compare the results, but we’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, you can click here to check out their German blog.

We reached out to Laura and her team because we aimed to scale our content production on our B2C blog and ensure everything was adequately optimized for Google search. Outsourcing this work was crucial as we were facing internal capacity constraints.

Thanks to the collaboration with WordPotential, we’ve managed to scale our production tenfold while ensuring fully optimized content. Though it’s still a bit early to assess the exact results, to date, we’ve witnessed a 27% increase in organic clicks on our blog articles since initiating this collaboration.

Laura and the entire WordPotential team are very friendly, professional, prompt to respond, and highly competent. They consistently deliver quality work and are a pleasure to work with.

Mission

To promote better hair health and overall wellbeing from the inside out.

Goal

To successfully break into the German market and increase their impact.
Drei junge Frauen lächeln und zeigen Olistic
How is WordPotential helping Olistic?

The first step to expanding to Germany (and Austria) was to get all existing content translated. The WordPotential team took care of:

  • Their entire website
  • Product brochures
  • Packaging
  • Email flows
  • Paid ads
  • Video content (copy)
  • Order confirmations

And so much more.

To ensure that the translations sound as natural as possible while maintaining Olistic’s friendly yet professional tone of voice, we scheduled several meetings with Olistic’s marketing team.

Together, we agreed on specific terminology, exchanged ideas, and gained a deeper insight into their brand identity. Slogans and wordplay in particular require some extra creative thinking.

The icing on the cake was a package from Olistic for the entire WP team to try out the product for themselves.

With Asana, our project management tool, we set up an efficient workflow where both teams could easily access all tasks, communicate as needed, and keep track of the overall progress.

The second step in the German market launch is focused on increasing reach.

One key way to accomplish this is by creating new content to enhance your online presence. This can take place through many different channels.

Currently, WordPotential is helping Olistic with:

  • Their weekly German newsletter
  • Blog articles for their website
  • Also coming soon is their German Instagram account

As the team was already familiar with both the product and the brand, creating fresh content for Olistic was like translating existing content but adding our own ideas.

Our marketing and SEO expertise combined with our creative minds made this a fun experience with excellent results.

Results

Olistic Science successfully launched their product in the German and Austrian markets in September 2023. Their newsletter reaches thousands of readers every week, and their German Instagram channel is poised to follow suit, with plenty of content prepared to launch in 2024.

See for yourself!

Laura provided exceptional support for our new market opening. The speed and flexibility of her team was crucial in meeting tight deadlines at peak times.

Open communication, brand understanding and efficient project management ensured a smooth and efficient process from start to finish. Working with Laura and her team is not only easy but also impressively fast. Highly recommended!
